A personalized preservation label is also included with our professional preservation services. A preservation label proof will be included on your shipping form for your approval.

Your shipping box and Emergency Gown Care Kit will be delivered by UPS to you within 3 - 10 business days of your order. We will also send your shipping form and instructions to you by email.

You will be asked for an estimate reference number on this form. Be sure to get your FREE Estimate before ordering preservation. Just select Uncertain when asked about the condition of your gown's hemline. Then take a minute to read our Wedding Day Gown Care tips to help you keep your gown in pristine condition.

After you ship your gown to us, we will inspect it carefully and send you a suggested treatment plan including any concerns we have and a final price for cleaning and preservation in an online invoice. If you do not approve the cost or treatment plan, your gown will be returned to you at no charge.
