Very pleased with my gown cleaning and preservation

I loved my silk satin wedding gown. Unfortunately, I waited several months after my wedding to have it cleaned and preserved.

The bustle had several red wine stains, and the hemline was so dirty that it was black in several areas (not to mention the footprints on my train).

Heritage did a great job with my gown. The wine stains are gone, and the hemline looks practically brand new.

The gown smells clean and fresh (and I appreciated that it does not have that heavy "dry clean" smell).

The gown looks great, and it is tucked safely away in its museum storage bag. Now, I can just untie the bag and admire my dress anytime I want.

I am really glad that I chose Heritage, and I will recommend them to all my friends who are getting married soon.

It was great working with Kathy and Carmina. They answered all of my questions, kept my up-to-date on my dress' status, and they were always there with a quick reply e-mail.
