UPS ground shipping is FREE within the continental US. Please call or us if you need overnight shipping, 2nd day air, overseas or shipping via US Postal Service. You may also send an email requesting additional shipping charges at: support@heritagegown.com.

Professional Gown Preservation Shipping

All shipping fees are included in our garment cleaning and preservation costs. We also include $100 of UPS insurance to protect your garment at no charge to you. Additional UPS insurance is available for an added fee of $5 per $500 of insurance.

Please be aware that replacement documentation must be provided to UPS for all UPS claims. Therefore, only insure your garment for the replacement cost. Your dress is fully insured while it is in our possession.
