Our Process

  1. Free Estimate
    Get a Free Estimate for your wedding gown care. Estimates are sent by email immediately.

  2. Order
    Order your wedding gown care and options. FedeXLabel You'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid FedEx shipping label.

  3. Ship
    Drop your wedding gown package off at any FedEx staffed, FedEx Office (formerly Kinkos) or FedEx authorized ShipCenter.

  4. Individual Care
    We give your gown TLC (tender loving care.) Unlike wholesale drycleaners and many national companies who clean gowns in large quantity (as many as 30 gowns at a time), each gown we treat gets individual care. Most gowns are hand cleaned while some are spot cleaned or dry-cleaned in virgin solvent.

    Next, our gown care experts will repair, press and preserve your gown to Museum quality standards. Choose between Museum Method or Heritage Box Preservation. Both methods utilize the finest, acid-free and lignin free materials.

  5. Shipped
    When your gown is finished it will be shipped Signature Delivery and you will receive an email with a FedEX tracking number.

  6. Lifetime Warranty
    You will enjoy peace of mind knowing that your preserved gown has a lifetime warranty against yellowing, oxidized spots, etc.
