HGP was happy to assist Paula L. with a rush service wedding dress restoration. Paula’s mother was dying and hoped to be buried in her wedding gown. The only trouble was that the wedding dress was in terrible condition. Fortunately we do offer a Priority Service, so we were able to rush the wedding gown restoration through in time. Paula’s mother passed away shortly after we received the dress.

Wedding Gown Restoration Design

The wedding gown was made of taffeta and lace, with long sleeves made of lace over organza. The skirt was full with gatherings of lace appliques on the back and a line of buttons down the front. It had yellowed significantly, but responded well to our wedding gown restoration whitening treatment and looked beautiful when finished. We arranged overnight shipping to get it on time to the grieving family.

Wedding Dress Restoration Provides Comfort

We know how difficult it is to lose a loved one and we were happy to help grant the dying wish of Paula’s mother, and hope it gave comfort to all the family.
