To add a little to the history, the dress was originally bought for my sister, who was married in the summer of 1973. Then I wore it in my wedding in 1975. Though I was married in January, the weather was beautiful and mild that day. The dress looks lovely on Rachel (even pre-restoration), and my husband and I are very happy that she will be wearing it for her wedding! Kathy, it looks wonderful !!!
