After we receive your gown, we will inspect it carefully and make any adjustments necessary to your order. You will receive order status updates via email that will include a link to Pay for your Order at your convenience. Or you can choose to set up a Payment Plan and pay for your gown care in installment payments.

Please note that if you do not approve the cost or treatment plan of your gown care, you may contact us to discuss your concerns or have your gown returned to you at no charge (within 30 days.)
