A preservation label proof will be included on your shipping form for your approval.

After you ship your gown to us, we will inspect it carefully and send you a suggested treatment plan including any concerns we have and a final price for cleaning and preservation in an invoice. If you do not approve the cost or treatment plan, you may contact us to discuss your concerns or have your gown returned to you at no charge (within 30 days of receiving your invoice.)
